We operate as two independent, FSCA-licensed firms under one brand. ICON Financial Advisors, led by Wessel Vermaas, CA(SA), CFP®, provides comprehensive, independent financial planning. ICON Fund Managers, led by Riaan Bosch, constructs and manages eleven model portfolios through a disciplined, research-driven process.

We are not tied to any asset manager. Our model portfolio suite is built from the full range of solutions available in the market — active managers where skill is proven, smart beta strategies where systematic exposure is more efficient, and passive instruments where cost savings matter most. Every fund is selected purely on merit.

Together, we advise on R2.3 billion in client wealth and manage R1.7 billion in assets under portfolio management. We remain intentionally small, because the personal attention and investment quality that define us cannot be scaled without compromise.
